GREAT GREAT GRANDFATHER: John Thompson, (middle initial could be 'N' or 'W'), born: abt 1827, Maryland; married, Rachel Hall, December 6, 1848, Knox Co, OH. Found on 1850 Knox Co, OH census with wife Rachel and newborn son, Uriah/Urias. There are at least three more children, one boy and two girls; listed in Urias Dillon's obituary, 1923.

There is the possibility that John THOMPSON married at least three more times: (1)Mary E. Hughs (widow) in 1863, one child, a son named Oliver N.; (2) Louise Green, 1872, no children, divorced; (3) Mary E. Hall FOSTER, (widow) in 1873, two children, George Alva and Charles L. Anyone connecting to these families, please contact me.
